Duration: 14.5 hours
This car was brought in for a paint protection and hood detail.
First job was to wash and clean the wheels, arches, bonnet and engine cover shuts.
Next the hood was wetted and a hood cleaner applied which was gently agitated to remove the grime, this was then washed off.
The paintwork was then wetted and washed (2 bucket method) this was also washed off.
After washing we applied some Last Touch to the paintwork, glass and wheels prior to claying.
The car was then rinsed off and dried before being taken into our workshop.
Next we paid attention to the paintwork. A paint cleanser was applied to the bodywork to prepare the paint for a sealant. This was applied and allowed to dry before being buffed off leaving the paint very smooth to the touch and bringing out the flec in the paint.
Once the hood had completly dried we masked up the hood and applied a coat of Renovo Hood Sealant. This was then left to dry over night.
The interior was hoovered and the leather was cleaned and conditioned - the masking tape was removed from the hood.
Then we cleaned and polished the glass and applied alloy wheel cleaner, which was buffed to finish.
After a final inspection outside we took the photographs - The car looked fantastic.
