As a family run business, we started Valeting from our home in Buckinghamshire in 1979, initially working for local traders, private individuals and corporate companies.

In the mid 80's we were asked to move our company’s activities to Wembley to look after the vehicles for a leasing company, whilst still maintaining much of our Buckinghamshire customer base.

A few years later, we relocated to new premises in Uxbridge where we took on additional work for local car dealers, traders, private and corporate companies.

In 1988 we did our first event for Saab GB Marlow, a relationship which was to last for around 14 years and included the launch of their 900, 9000, 93 and 95 models.

In 1990 we won a contract with a promotions company and prepared 115 vehicles a day for a week for the launch of the Citroen ZX at Donington Park racing circuit. Needless to say we had a team of 10 for this event.

Shortly after this we were asked to prepare Citroen’s press cars at their head office at Slough, Berkshire and subsequently the other departments followed.

Over the next 12 years we prepared vehicles for their launches; ride and drives; film shoots etc. for their AX; BX; XM; Xantia; Synergie; Saxo; Picasso; Berlingo, Xsara, C2 and C5 model ranges.

During this period we not only prepared cars for many events at various stately homes and racing circuits, but also were asked to transport vehicles all over the country as well as Europe for many of Saab & Citroen’s departments.

In 1997 after a few years of vehicle movements with our Discovery and covered trailer, we commissioned a 7.5 ton covered transporter. This was used to carry vehicles for Saab and Citroen as well as other companies such as Ten Tenths, transporting their Porsche Le Mans racers and Indy cars to various shows and promotions throughout the country.

Due to a medical condition we moved to Cornwall in 2002 and bought a fishing tackle wholesale business, but aways kept our hand in the Valeting & Detailing world. Just at a slower pace.

As health improved and the demand for that ever cleaner brighter vehicle we moved to our new detailing studio in Dec 2009
Within our detailing studio we have a set up that will allow you to see some of our work and what can be achieved. We are always fully stocked, so will always have the right product for the job.

You will be amazed as to what can be achieved. Even if you think that your vehicle looks clean you will be amazed how dirty and contaminated your vehicle really is.
